Vantage Insights was founded by Pam Beason to reflect the passion for strategic market research that she has developed during her 20+ years as a marketing research professional. Pam’s career has given her a uniquely broad and deep level of exposure to different types of issues and their solutions.
Pam began her market research career on the supplier side working for MASI International where she developed and built client relationships leading to her strong appreciation and understanding of the diversity of research needs and how to tailor plans for each unique situation. After five years on the supplier side, Pam moved to the corporate side of market research where she worked closely with marketing departments and senior management to help solve business issues and identify opportunities in U.S. and international markets.
As the head of Marketing Research for both Inter-Continental Hotels Group (formerly Holiday Inn Worldwide) and Russell Corporation (whose brands include Spalding Sporting Goods, Russell Athletic, Bike), Pam led research efforts resulting in successful new product introductions, strategic business and brand acquisitions, brand revitalizations and business growth and retention.
